BBQ's, Fireworks, & such

Well I can't believe that the 4th has already come & gone.. but we absolutely LOVED being here in Pittsburg for the celebration. We did the normal activities, barbeques, games, get togethers. But this time instead of family it was friends! We then were able to go downtown to Point State Park where there were boat races, and motorcross, sadly we didn't get to see either cause we went so late. . But that is also where the fireworks took place. They shot the fireworks off of a huge boat in the middle of one of the 3 lakes. They were RIGHT in front of us so our spot & view was perfect. Paul & I agreed that the fireworks were definately the BEST ones we have EVER seen! You know when something makes you so happy that you just laugh because you are filled with so much joy, yeah that was us we were laughing throughout the show just because of how aweome they were!! They echoed and were so loud just like Heber. Oh and the grande finale was INCREDIBLE, so many fireworks at once you couldnt even see through them! We had such a great 4th & hope you all did as well!!
Thank you to all those who served/serve our country so honorably, and give us the freedom we have today!!

Adventure in downtown pittsburg

Here are some more pictures:
A couple saturdays ago some of the women got to go into downtown Pittsburg, where all the big buildings are. Saturday is our long day without our husbands, because they go out earlier so it makes for a longer day.  We went to a fun water park as you can see its not swimming pools or anything just sprayers, but I thouht it was still pretty fun for the little ones, since the oldest one is only like 3.  We then went into more of the city where the buildings are and ate lunch at Subway. took a couple of pictures and came on home. Even though it was just a small adventure, I still LOVED it, got to explore Pittsburg more! which is always great. Its such a beautiful place, the weather is seriously perfect not even kidding. It has been raining quite abit, and then there are sunny days where its nice enough to go swimming. really is the perfect weather.

Things are going well here in Pittsburg... the weather is still just as beautiful as ever!!. It has been raining, and clowdy almost everyday this week.. aww.. I LOVE it!!.  Paul is still doing awesome with his sells and is such a hard worker.  He works hard to be able to provide for me and our future family! Which I am so very thankful for.  I just got a new job at a photography place, should start training here this next week. I am SO excited!  We MISS our families & friends so much, its hard being away from them and also our normal surroundings, like AZ things we are used too!.   It seems like we have been out here forever already... we are making progress though, its almost been a month! Wow typing that or seeing it somehow makes it seem a little bit better and makes it feel like it actually is going by pretty fast.  I have probably had the hardest time dealing with all of the big changes, and different daily routines. . but am slowly adjusting... enjoying my time out here exploring and what not.. because I know the summer will be over before I know it.
... our house should be officially closed and OURS by this next Wed. YAHOO!! Its going to need alot of work, but what an exciting thing to be able to call ours!
Hope EVERYONE is doing awesome back home, its always great hearing from you!!.  We LOVE & MISS you ALL!!!!!!

.*.The very beginning of our adventure.*.

I walked over to this building to get a closer look, its the Pespatarian church for the sisters. A statue of Christ in front. On Sunday we were with some friends at this little park, where there were some wild yellow flowers growing. Paul picked them for me, the whole root and all! it really was hilarious. A far away view of the pespatarian church.
Right across the street from our apartments
After a very busy weekend of packing, and moving we are here! We did it! We arrived here in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania after a 4 hour flight, we arrived Sat night, and to our surprise it was raining!. and Beautiful!! We got picked up, got groceries and arrived here at our apartment. Its a 2 bed, 2 bath, pretty nice apartments. Getting here on Sat was a perfect idea, because then we had all day sunday to rest, get settled in, and just spend time together. It is absolutely beautiful here! Green EVERYWHERE! Pictures just wont do it justice, but I will try! :) Yesterday was Paul's first day going out & selling, He tagged along with Cameron his manager for most of the day, just to try and get a feel of what he was going to have to do. He then went out on his own for a couple hours. He came home, tired, but still excited to learn and to go right back out today and do it some more! As for me, my day was pretty relaxing, it was such a beautiful day, full of sunshine, so I got to read alot outside enjoying the light breeze. . I kept busy and got things done around our apartment, but as the day was coming to an end I was just so anxious and so READY for Paul to get home, it had been such a long day without him! Im used to eating lunch with him mostly everyday, and then being able to see him when I got home from work around 430. Here I dont see him from 1-10:30 at night! Im going to go and try getting a job, a part time one at least. So hopefully that will keep me busy. We are loving it out here, its absolutely beautiful and such a nice break from our normal routine back at home, I am thankful for this opportunity that we have to do this together and to be out here, learning and growing together each day!!. I Love Paul so much and am so very thankful that he is such a hardworker! Thank you babe for being my support, and my best friend!

Exciting news!!!

Wow... where to start! So much has been happing in our lifes and its all happing so fast!. Paul & I have been looking for a home for about 5 months now, can I just mention how dang frustrating it is when you find one you love so you call on it just to find out its already sold!.. I cant even begin to tell you how many times that happened to us.. but our frustrations have come to an end.. at least the looking part.. We found a beatiful home in a nice coldasack (not sure how to spell it!?) in a way good area. The inside of the home has been remodeled, new carpet, tile, and paint.. so not a whole lot has to be done to the inside just a few things so thats good. The work will mostly have to be done on the outside. Painting of the house and definately working on the landscaping. But we are both excited to do it together, its going to be a learning process but will be fun. Its 3 bedrooms but has a den so could easily be 4, 2 bath, AND... my favorite part... a SWIMMING POOL! ha. I know its not that important but for me it is, I need one down here in the summer! It gets way to hot not to have one. So im thankful for that. We are in the inspection stage and should be able to close the deal here within a couple weeks. Just waiting for a couple things to get finished and worked out. but all in all things are going well. Some more very exciting news- Paul & I are MOVING! yes, we are moving to Pittsburg, Pennsylvania... and I know we just said we are in the process of buying a home. but we are only moving away for the summer! Paul is going to be selling security systems. The company we are going with is called Pinnacle. We are going with a good family friend of my families. So we trust him and are very excited!! We are leaving the middle of next month and will return in time for school. what an adventure it will be! We are so so excited to be able to have this opportunity and to be able to see all the sights back east. Paul has been back there before, but I on the other hand have not and my dream has always been to see New York, which is only 3 hours away! Yahoo! :) We will miss our families but are excited for this time to have only each other to rely on and to help each other. I know Paul will do great, he always does with anything he puts his mind too.

Bowling

Pretty simple night but still a ton of fun! Bowling, car show, dinner at I hop.
